Processing Method: All mathematical formulas, interest computations, and PDF generation occur strictly on your local device (client-side) within your web browser. This data is not transmitted over the network to our backend, not written to any database, and is immediately discarded when you close or refresh the page.

B. Bug Reports, Issue Tickets & Feedback (Voluntarily Submitted)

When you submit a calculation discrepancy, rule change, or technical issue via our Bug Report form, we collect:

• Your Full Name: To address you in communications.
• Your Email Address: To follow up regarding the reported discrepancy or confirm when a fix is deployed.
• Selected RERA Authority: The state authority related to the report (e.g. MahaRERA, UP RERA, HRERA, K-RERA).
• Issue Category: The type of bug (Interest Calculation Error, UI/Mobile Display, Outdated MCLR Rules, or General Feedback).
• Issue Description: The specific details of the bug, including expected vs. actual calculation outputs or tribunal references you provide.
• Calculator State Context: Any specific rate parameters or values you detail in the report to help our engineers reproduce the issue.
• Generated Ticket Identifier: A unique tracking code (e.g., #RERA-XXXX) logged for reference.

C. Direct Support Inquiries

D. Device, Browser & Analytics Data
